Your safari begins in the picturesque Ndutu, where the open plains and acacia woodlands attract a wide variety of wildlife, including wildebeests, zebras, giraffes, and predators like lions and cheetahs. During the calving season, this area comes alive with newborn animals and heightened predator activity. Spend the day exploring this dynamic ecosystem with game drives, enjoying the stunning scenery and abundant wildlife. After a full day, relax at your tented camp.

Dedicate another day to exploring Ndutu’s rich biodiversity. Traverse its lush plains and seasonal marshes, where you’ll encounter elephants, antelopes, and an array of bird species. With a focus on resident wildlife, this day offers opportunities to witness animal behaviour’s unique to this region. The quiet beauty of the Ndutu area allows for an intimate and rewarding safari experience. In the evening, unwind at your accommodation, surrounded by the sounds of the African wilderness.

Leave Ndutu behind and venture into the central Serengeti, home to iconic savannah landscapes and an impressive array of wildlife. This region, known as Seronera, is famous for its year-round predator activity and resident animals, including lions, leopards, elephants, and hippos. Spend the day on game drives, traversing the scenic terrain while observing the harmony of predator and prey. Enjoy the tranquillity of the Serengeti as the sun sets, and return to your lodge for a restful evening.

Your second day in the Serengeti is dedicated to further exploring the central region and its surroundings. Discover hidden gems, such as kopjes (rocky outcrops) that serve as perfect vantage points for predators or resting spots for lions. Watch cheetahs sprint across the plains or herds of elephants crossing the landscape. This day provides a deeper appreciation of the Serengeti’s unmatched diversity. End your safari with a visit to the Ngorongoro Crater, often called the “Eighth Wonder of the World.” Descend into this volcanic caldera, a haven for wildlife that includes the Big Five (lion, elephant, buffalo, leopard, and rhino). The crater floor is a microcosm of ecosystems, from grasslands to lakes, where you’ll find flamingos and hippos.
